What are diamonds?
Diamonds are the virtual currency used to bring new characters to life and unlock perks. You can buy diamond packs in the Shop — from 120 diamonds for $0.99 up to 1,514 diamonds for $9.99 — or earn 250 every day as a Premium member.
Is my chat private?
Conversations are stored so your companion can remember you across sessions. For your own safety, avoid sharing sensitive personal details such as passwords, payment info or addresses in chat.
How do I cancel or get a refund?
