Frequently Asked Questions
Is Soulvy free?
Yes — you can start chatting with AI companions on the free plan. Free accounts can create one companion; Premium unlocks unlimited companions, 250 free diamonds every day you log in, and free character creation.
How does Soulvy work?
Browse or create an AI companion, then chat with them in real time. Every companion has a personality, a voice and a backstory you can shape — and the more you chat, the more the chemistry builds.
Do I need Premium to use Soulvy?
No. The free plan lets you chat freely and create one companion. Premium adds unlimited companions, daily diamonds, free creation and a Premium badge on your profile.
What are diamonds?
Diamonds are the virtual currency used to bring new characters to life and unlock perks. You can buy diamond packs in the Shop — from 120 diamonds for $0.99 up to 1,514 diamonds for $9.99 — or earn 250 every day as a Premium member.
Is my chat private?
Conversations are stored so your companion can remember you across sessions. For your own safety, avoid sharing sensitive personal details such as passwords, payment info or addresses in chat.
How do I cancel or get a refund?
Subscriptions and diamond purchases are fulfilled manually after your request. To cancel, pause or ask for a refund, contact us through the Contact form or write to support@soulvy.ai — we usually reply within 24 hours.
