Certain categories of content are strictly forbidden while using Soulvy. Although you generally cannot upload or share content on the Services, the content outlined below is nevertheless prohibited and subject to our moderation controls and reporting policies.
Prohibited content
The following categories of content are strictly prohibited:
- • Content that involves child exploitation, illegal pornography, or underage individuals
- • Content that engages in, requests, or encourages sexually explicit or NSFW material
- • Content that advocates or encourages extreme violence or terrorism
- • Content that infringes on the privacy, copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of others, including sharing personal information without consent
- • Content that encourages hatred or violence based on race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
Moderation and reporting
We use robust trust and safety systems to monitor the Services. Conversations or outputs flagged as potential violations may be reviewed, and we may take action up to and including account termination and reporting to relevant authorities. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and will report known CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children or other local authorities, as appropriate.
