At Soulvy we are dedicated to creating a safe, respectful, secure and welcoming community for users of the Services. These Community Guidelines establish our expectations for how users interact with our platform and the rules everyone must follow. You must comply with these guidelines in both spirit and letter. These Guidelines are part of Soulvy’s broader policies, including the TOS, the Blocked Content Policy, and the Content Removal Policy.
Age requirements
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services.
Respectful communication
Soulvy offers a unique service that allows you to engage with AI companions for platonic companionship, emotional support, and friendly conversation. Please communicate respectfully. We do not accept, and will not tolerate, any communications or content that violate our Blocked Content Policy.
Your content
You are fully responsible for any input you provide and any output you receive. Your input must not be insulting, threatening, or hateful towards any person and must fully comply with these Guidelines and applicable law. You are responsible for all harm that may result from your content.
Expected behaviours and conduct
You must not use the Services to:
- • Breach any local, national, or international law or regulation
- • Harm, or attempt to harm, any individuals, including minors
- • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network, or breach or circumvent security protocols
- • Send viruses, spam, flooding, or harmful programs
- • Create accounts using unauthorised methods or provide inaccurate or misleading account information
- • Create, publish, or share images resembling real persons without authorisation
- • Share content involving child exploitation, illegal pornography, or underage individuals
- • Engage in or request sexually explicit content, erotic roleplay, romantic or sexual interactions, nudity, or any form of NSFW material
- • Share content advocating extreme violence or terrorism
- • Attempt to circumvent moderation controls or “jailbreak” the Services
- • Encourage hatred or violence based on race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
- • Infringe any intellectual property rights or infringe on the privacy or rights of others
- • Threaten, abuse, harass, or annoy any person, or impersonate any person
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may be required to label AI-generated content as such. It is your responsibility to comply with these requirements.
Moderation and enforcement
We use robust trust and safety systems to protect users and maintain the integrity of our AI models. If we determine you have breached, or are likely to breach, these Guidelines, we may, at our discretion: suspend, restrict, or terminate your access or account; take legal action; or report the activity to relevant authorities where permitted or required by law. Conversations or outputs flagged as potential violations may be reviewed.
