Content Removal Policy

Soulvy generates content using artificial intelligence. All characters and content are fictional, and any resemblance to actual living persons is purely accidental and unintentional. We are nonetheless committed to removing any material that violates our rules, applicable laws, or the rights of third parties.

Grounds for removal

Content will be removed in the following cases: the content falls under the Blocked Content Policy (for example, CSAM or violence); we have received a valid legal request such as a court order or a DMCA takedown for copyright infringement; the content displays private data or the likeness of a real person without consent; or the content otherwise violates our policies.

How to request removal

If you believe that content unintentionally depicts you, resembles a real person without authorisation, or otherwise violates your rights, you may request its removal by contacting the Soulvy support team through the official support channel listed in the product and providing sufficient detail to identify the content. Where necessary we may require you to verify your identity and your authorization to make the request.

Processing of requests

We will process removal requests without undue delay and will confirm the outcome to you. For content that is illegal, we may isolate rather than irretrievably delete the content where this is necessary for investigation by law enforcement authorities. We reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion. Users are not entitled to compensation for content removed in accordance with the TOS or this Policy.
