Soulvy respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (the “DMCA”). This Policy sets out the procedure for submitting a notice of alleged copyright infringement, and for responding to such a notice.
Filing an infringement notice
If you believe that content on the Services infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice that includes the following information:
- • Your physical or electronic signature, or the signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material
- • Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address
- • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner
Notices may be submitted to the Soulvy support team through the official support channel listed in the product, with the subject line “DMCA Takedown Notice”.
Counter-notice
If you believe that material you submitted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice in accordance with the DMCA, including your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your district. Retractions are handled as required by the DMCA.
Repeat infringers
We may, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
