These Terms of Service (the “TOS”) set forth the legally binding terms for your use of Soulvy.ai and/or any of our online channels, platforms, products or services, including all content contained therein (“Services”), including any affiliated website to which you may be redirected from Soulvy.ai.

Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing and/or using the Services you agree to be bound by these TOS. You understand and agree that your access and/or use of the Services is acceptance of these TOS and of all other policies published on the Legal Information page and updated from time to time (“Policies”). If you do not agree with these TOS or our Policies, please cease using or accessing our Services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. By using the Services you confirm that you meet this requirement. We do not provide Services to anyone who is underage, and we will delete the information of any underage user we become aware of.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current account information and to update it when necessary. You must not create accounts using automated methods or misrepresent your identity.

AI companions and content

The Services offer AI companions for platonic companionship, emotional support, and friendly conversation. All characters and conversations are entirely fictional and generated by artificial intelligence. AI companions do not possess genuine emotions or awareness. The Services are provided for entertainment purposes only and are not a substitute for professional advice, medical care, or crisis support.

Prohibited conduct

You must not use the Services in any way that breaches legal or regulatory requirements or our Policies, including our Community Guidelines and Blocked Content Policy. We may modify, restrict, or terminate your access if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have breached these TOS.

Subscriptions and payments

Certain features of the Services may require a paid subscription, premium access, or virtual items. Fees, terms, and cancellation procedures are described in the product. Following any refund or chargeback, premium access and any remaining credits may be revoked immediately. We may update pricing or these payment terms at any time.

Intellectual property

The Services and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Soulvy and/or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Usage of the Services is limited to personal, non-commercial purposes. You do not receive any commercial rights to characters, conversations, images, or other generated content.

Changes to the Services and these TOS

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may also revise these TOS or any Policy from time to time. The most current version always applies, and we will post the updated version date on the relevant document.
