Soulvy does not provide Services to anyone under 18 years of age, or the equivalent minimum age depending on your jurisdiction. The Services are intended for use only by adults, and we maintain a strict policy against the participation of minors.
Age confirmation
When you first use the Services you will be asked to confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. Misrepresenting your age is a violation of the TOS and may result in the termination of your account.
No underage content
The use of the Services to engage with, request, or generate any content involving underage individuals is strictly prohibited and is a violation of our Blocked Content Policy. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and will report known CSAM to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, as appropriate.
Additional measures
In accordance with applicable local requirements, we may implement further measures to verify that users are adults. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will block the account and delete the user’s information as soon as possible.
