Exemption statement
Because all content on the Services is generated by artificial intelligence and no real individuals are depicted, the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 are not applicable to the Services. The term “actual sexually explicit conduct” under 18 U.S.C. § 2257(2)(A) requires the participation of real humans, and no such participation occurs on the Services.
